These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Whatskare platform at whatskare.tech (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Whatskare provides tools to automate messaging on the numbers you connect: bulk and scheduled sending, keyword auto-reply, no-code chatbots, AI agents, contact management, webhooks, and a REST API.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account and API keys. Keep your credentials confidential.
The Service connects to messaging platforms by linking your number as a device. This may be against the terms of service of those platforms, and connected numbers can be restricted or banned by the platform operator at their discretion. We provide anti-ban controls and number-health monitoring to reduce this risk, but we cannot guarantee that a connected number will not be banned. You use the Service and connect your numbers at your own risk.

You must honour opt-out requests and maintain a lawful basis for contacting your recipients. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a 28-day or annual cycle as shown at checkout. Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclusive of GST, which is added where applicable. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your subscription provides access to features for its duration; see our Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.
AI replies are generated by the Claude API from Anthropic based on the knowledge base you provide. AI output may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing and for the messages sent from your account. AI credits are consumed per successful request as described in the app.
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Whatskare and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during your subscription. Your data remains yours.
WhatsApp and Facebook are trademarks of their respective owners. Whatskare is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Facebook Inc.
This site is not a part of WhatsApp or Facebook Inc. Additionally this site is not endorsed by Facebook in any way. Facebook is a trademark of Facebook Inc.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that connected numbers will remain active.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whatskare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or the banning of any connected number. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; retained data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
